I was working to save an account in the Antelope Valley book and could not have done it without Sarah's help. We were down to the last few days and I needed an ad expedited with a photo change of course. The customer had an employee who left the practice and we needed her out of the photo. Sarah not only went above and beyond to ensure the photo still looked professional, she delivered it on time. The customer loved it and we saved $9,000.00 in annual revenue! Sarah went above and beyond to help save a full color two page ad in a book about to be printed. I (Maggie) was working with Martin on saving the account; the last day we were able to get him back. The local artist didn't have time to make any changes to the ad. The customer wouldn't sign off without the changes being made. Sarah is a true team player, she doesn't even work in this office, but when I called for help she jumped right in. She was very patient with the customer and made all necessary changes. The ad went in and the customer was happy. Customer retention is a huge part of our Company's success...you Sarah!

Sarah’s attitude and talent can’t be beat! She always creates ads that could easily win design competitions.
She brilliantly made a small time beauty salon look like a professional, million dollar outfit, giving them a chance to attract clientele from high-end competitors.

Time and time again she has gone far beyond the call of duty for the site redesign project.
